From Exposition, select Process booth orders, open an order, click Options, and select Badges

Badge Information

The information defined on the Badges window prints on exhibitor badges and reports and is not related to (and does not update) the exhibitor's record or order.

■    Prefix - Enter the badge recipient's prefix, such as Mr., Ms., and Mrs.

■    First - Enter the badge recipient's first name.

■    Middle - Enter the badge recipient's middle name.

■    Last - Enter the badge recipient's last name.

■    Suffix - Enter a suffix, such as Jr., Sr., or II.

■    Informal - Enter the badge recipient's informal name.

■    Designation - Enter the badge recipient's professional status, such as Ph.D. or MD.

■    Title - Enter the badge recipient's professional title, such as president or executive director.

■    Company - Enter the badge recipient's company name.

■    Use Company - Select to print the company name on badges and reports. You can configure iMIS to set the Use Company option automatically. For details, see Automatic Settings for “Use Company” and “Use Title” Options (see Name Address window - "Use Company" and "Use Title").

Note: The label for the Use Company option is customizable, so your system may display another label for this option. The value entered in the Institute Type field on the Customer Setup - Basic Options window defines the option's label.

■    Use Title - Select to print the registrant's title on badges and reports. You can configure iMIS to set the Use Title option automatically. For details, see Automatic Settings for “Use Company” and “Use Title” Options (see Name Address window - "Use Company" and "Use Title").

■    Address - Enter the badge recipient's address.

■    City - Enter the city in which the badge recipient lives.

■    St/Prov - Enter the two-digit abbreviation for the state or province.

■    Zip - Enter the postal zip code for the badge recipient.

■    Country - Enter the badge recipient's country.

Badge Status

Displays the amount and type of badges available to the exhibiting company. As badges are processed, the information in this area changes.

■    Free Passes Used - Displays the number of free passes used. If the exposition uses free passes, the total number of free passes available to an exhibitor is determined by the options defined on the Expo General Setup window.

■    Free Passes Avail  - Displays the number of free passes available.

■    Paid Passes Used - Displays the number of paid passes used.

■    Paid Passes Avail - Displays the number of paid passes available.

Type

Select the type of badge being issued, such as Free_Pass or Paid_Pass.
Badge types are defined on the Set up general lookup/validation window.

Badge Note

(Optional, 10-character limit) Enter specific information about the badge. This information prints in the upper right hand corner of the badge.
